Saint Tola is an internationally recognised, award-winning producer of gourmet goat cheese made in County Clare.

From a small cottage industry, the business has grown as an artisan producer of goat cheese, which is hand-made in small batches. Saint Tola wanted a modern brand identity that would reflect the artisan nature of the business while referencing their namesake, Saint Tola, who established a monastic community in County Clare.

Anchor Studio created a wood-cut style, illustrated goat monk and commissioned hand-written script to indicate the types of cheese. These traditional, hand-made features were effectively contrasted with a zesty colour palette and a contemporary typeface to achieve the desired modern brand presence.
