Live Aid Exhibition
Client: National Library Of Ireland
Project Type: Exhibition Design
Anchor Studio proudly partnered with the National Library of Ireland (NLI) to design the Live Aid at the National Library of Ireland exhibition.
Tasked with translating the massive scale and intense energy of the 1985 "Global Jukebox" concerts into an intimate gallery space, Anchor Studio’s design team created a powerful visual journey. Beyond curating over seventy striking images from the Band Aid Trust Archive, Anchor Studio also created an exciting, MTV-style animation to convey the sheer scale of the global Band Aid events. The installation, housed at the NLI’s National Photographic Archive, brings visitors face-to-face with the iconic performances and the crucial humanitarian spirit that defined the day. The resulting experience captures the energy of this defining cultural moment, effectively cementing the legacy of Live Aid for a new generation. Anchor Studio delivered a dynamic and lasting tribute to this extraordinary event.
