My Wild Atlantic Kitchen: Recipes and Recollections is a compilation of renowned chef Maura O’Connell Foley’s favourite recipes created throughout her career in Kenmare spanning over six decades. This book is a comprehensive collection capturing over 250 recipes of the food Maura has loved to cook throughout her life and successful career as a cook and restaurateur.

Anchor Studio were commissioned to design a 408 page cookbook for renowned chef Maura O’Connell Foley. The design of the book is timeless and understated to reflect the personality of Maura. All the inner pages are printed on a very high quality uncoated stock which gives the book a very artisan, hand crafted feel. Three photographers and two illustrators (including artist Pauline Bewick) were used in the design of the book.

The collaborative success of this book has allowed a full life story to be felt within the pages.
